If you’re struggling to last long during sex, don’t worry you’re not alone.

There are many reasons why men and women finish a lot quicker in the sack than they want.

And in most cases, stress, as well as low testosterone levels for men, come into play.

Now according to a Cosmopolitan poll, a whopping 82% of people claim they’re unhappy with how long sex lasts.

But luckily, there are many methods and techniques you could try to boost your chances of a longer romp.

From breathing techniques to trying penis rings, here are five ways to make a kinky sex session last longer.

1. Practice deep breathing techniques

Energy healer Aldi Duncan suggests practicing your breath work to help your sex life.

She told the publication: “Breath allows the energy to flow through the body that it takes the intensity of the sensations in the lower body and runs it through the rest of the body.

“Breath can support full-body orgasms without rejection or a genital orgasm.”

You could try circle breathing and microcosmic orbit breath to practice as they’re often used in tantra.

2. Sex is more than just penetration

People often think that sex means it’s strictly penetration, when they’re wrong.

It can also include foreplay, kissing and even massaging as these are all ways to increase your chances of an orgasm.

That way if you’ve warmed up with all these techniques, you won’t be so bothered by penetration lasting only a few minutes.

And sex doesn’t have to end just because one of you has orgasmed.

3. Penis ring

Sexologist Carol Queen, phD, claims some guys do find a penis ring to help them last longer.

A penis ring works by restricting the blood flow into the shaft of the penis.

This will then help to maintain a stronger erection.

4. Training for it

Like with anything you do in life you need to train for it.

For some couples, it’s a matter of sexual endurance conditioning.

This is helpful for a man who doesn’t masturbate often.

But taking some time out for self-pleasure can help train to extend the time of sex.

5. Edging

When they’re about to orgasm, have them stop and wait a minute or so before going back to it.

Edging trains their body to delay that point so they can spend more time on the edge.

It also provides more time for them to please their ladies.
