It’s not always possible to have an orgasm at the same time as your partner, but it is achievable.

In fact, 89% of couples said they’ve enjoyed shared orgasms during the course of their relationship.

Meanwhile, around 37% of lovebirds admit they’re fairly synchronised as it happens half the time they have sex.

But it’s still difficult for a lot of couples, with the average man reaching orgasm anywhere between 5-7 minutes.

Women, on the other hand, can go slightly longer as the average female reaches the big-O in 13 minutes.

Now if you’re trying to match your partner, here’s a sex tip that might help.

We spoke to Julia Margo, the co-founder of Hot Octopuss, who shared her advice on turning up the heat between the sheets.

Relationship problems affecting sex drive as well
You can try synchronise your orgasms by adding a sex toy

She told Daily Star: “The lies on his back and the woman sits on his face.

“While performing oral sex on his lover, he inserts himself into PULSE SOLO LUX.

“As he’s doing quite a lot of multi-tasking by this point, the woman can lend a hand to controlling the toy patterns with the remote.

“Particularly useful solution for erectile dysfunction, painful penetration and when aspiring towards synchronised orgasms.”

This isn’t the only way you can work to combat erectile dysfunction.

Men with erectile dysfunction can try this tip to have a shared orgasm with his partner

Apparently, erectile dysfunction is more likely to affect those with unhealthy lifestyles.

The NHS notes that smoking, drinking too much and not getting enough sleep are reasons why the issue manifests.

Mental factors can also play a role in penis problems.

Stress and anxiety are likely to make it trickier to maintain an erection.

While it may be difficult to eliminate these triggers from your life, making some changes could reduce ED symptoms.

The NHS reveals how to alleviate symptoms naturally:

  • Lose weight if you’re overweight
  • Stop smoking
  • Eat a healthy diet
  • Exercise daily
  • Try to reduce stress and anxiety
  • Don’t drink more than 14 units of alcohol a week

If you’re concerned about erectile dysfunction, seek the advice of your GP.

Doctors will discuss symptoms with you as they work to identify possible causes.
