A fitness influencer and medical student has opened up about how she uses special vagina exercises to improve her sex drive.

Deia Cavalheiro, from Paraguay, has over 56,000 subscribers on Instagram @adeiacavalheiro, where she posts sexy snaps and fitness tips.

But, she recently spoke up about the taboo topic of sex – and claims “intimate gymnastics” can boost your libido.

Deia discovered the practice after having “designer vagina” surgery as a birthday gift and needing to retrain her muscles.

She explained: “The practice is no joke, it helps women to strengthen their vaginal muscles and treats several problems.

“In my case, I wanted to improve my sex life.

“Just intimate surgery was not enough.”

Deia chose to use her free time to exercise her vagina and shared her favourite way to do so.

The model noted: “A simple workout I like is to sit with your knees positioned at 90 degrees and push, as if holding the pee, for a few seconds.

“During the movement, just contract the anus, vagina and then relax.

“It’s very pleasurable and I guarantee it’s much better than any exercise to lose weight in the gym.”

Such exercises are recommended by doctors for improving women’s pelvic floor strength.

This can help to prevent incontinence, treat prolapse and even improve sex for both men and women.

The NHS website states: “Everyone can benefit from doing pelvic floor exercises.

“Strong pelvic floor muscles can also mean increased sensitivity during sex and stronger orgasms.

“Strengthening and training the pelvic floor muscles can help also reduce the symptoms of erectile dysfunction.”

Deia commented: “My libido has improved a lot!

“Even more so after the isolation in the pandemic, I didn’t want to run out of libido again.”
